We are very disappointed with the service we received during our first visit to Foothill Dermatology on July 21, 2026.
We scheduled an appointment for the removal of milia from my wife’s face, particularly around her eyelids and nose. We paid the $130 consultation fee and were then informed that the procedure would cost an additional $100 for the removal of up to 10 milia. We agreed to this and expected that the procedure would be completed as described.
However, after approximately 15 minutes, the physician assistant had removed only four milia before ending the appointment. We were told that he could only spend 15 minutes with each patient because he needed to see others, and that we would need to return in three weeks for another session.
This was frustrating and disappointing. Based on what was explained to us, we expected that up to 10 milia would be removed during the visit, not that the appointment would end after removing only four because of a time limit that was never disclosed beforehand.
The experience left us feeling that patient care was secondary to scheduling or billing practices. While we understand that clinics must manage their time, we believe patients should be given clear expectations in advance about what can realistically be accomplished during an appointment, especially when they are paying separately for the procedure.
We hope Foothill Dermatology will improve its communication and ensure that patients receive the level of care and transparency they deserve.

Excellent dermatology care. Dr. Sidhu and his staff are very knowledgeable, patient, thorough and professional. They explain all procedures with a sense of care and respect.
Plus, they deal with the health insurance companies so you don’t have to waste time.
Their whole process is streamlined and stress free.
If you have any dermatological skin care needs or concerns, I highly recommend Dr. Sidhu.

Great experience from the moment I called for scheduling an appointment. I was given an appointment in less than a weeks wait time. Very beautiful establishment. I walked through the doors and was greeted with a warm friendly welcome. I did not have to wait long to be seen. Staff is very attentive, answered all questions, and I left there feeling like I was taken care off with my treatment. Great job guys!
