My first appointment was on November 6 at 4:40. I got there at 4:30 checked in. and at 5:15 still have not been called back to a room. I have other obligations so I had to reschedule this is very inconvenient. I then went November 8 at 3:30 and was seen on time call I was told a prescription would be called into my pharmacy and I could pick it up the next morning. I called my pharmacy the next morning. There was no record of my prescription being called in by your office I called your office. The young lady told me she would call the pharmacy and make sure the prescription was there and call me back that was this morning at 9 o’clock. It is now 330 and no one has called.
